The Glass Orchestra

When Sky launched their new tv, The Sky Glass, we wanted to show off its unparalleled Sonic Boom Sound.

Nothing beats the sound of a live orchestra, so as the creative lead I came up with the idea to create an orchestra out of 30 Sky Glass TVs to prove that the sound was just as magnificent.

We partnered with the English National Orchestra to re-record Ride of the Valkyries and then invited classical music lovers to hear it performed on our TV orchestra.

The sound quality was so immersive that the audience thought they were listening to a real orchestra, before the truth was revealed.
